Authentic tastes from nine open kitchens serving classic dishes from destinations along the ancient Silk Route

Nine speciality open kitchens take centre stage and create a lively ambience and dining experience. Choose from Japanese Sushi & Sashimi, Arabic Mezze and Grills, Asian Wok, Rotisserie, Tandoori Oven, Yakitori & Charcoal Grill, Traditional Bread Oven, topped off with a selection of tempting desserts and sweets. Dishes are designed for sampling and guests can expect a culinary journey inspired by the famed Silk Route.  Located on one of the hotel's highest floors, Mosaic features an indoor seating area, outdoor terrace and a balcony offering a mesmerising backdrop with views of Barahat Msheireb, Al Corniche and West Bay.

 

Mosaic’s interior design is influenced by local materials and shapes. The colour palette is mostly neutral and echoes the Qatari desert sand dunes. Inspired by woven palm leaves, decorative partitions provide semi-private seating throughout the restaurant, while sofa cushions in tones of sea blue and patterns of pearling nets reflect the country’s pearling heritage.

 

Tour of Levant | Daily 11am to 11pm
Join Mosaic for an experiential dining experience featuring Levant and Arabic flavours. The new menu highlights a diverse range of traditional and seasonal dishes including a variety of mezzes, salads and signature dishes which celebrate the region including Hummus Beiruti, Chicken Maqluba and for dessert Umm Ali and Muhalabiya with Malika Honey.

 

Lobster Night | Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6 to 11pm
The journey of exciting culinary experiences continues at Mosaic with the Lobster Night every Wednesday evening. The nine live cooking stations will each present specialities for the Lobster menu with lobster being highlighted in each dish. The menu highlights include Lobster Tempura and Avocado Sushi Roll, Lobster Surf and Turf and Singaporean Style Wok Fried Lobster Noodles.

 

BBQ Lunch | Every Friday 12:30 to 4pm
Join Mosaic for its newly launched BBQ Lunch, every Friday, where the nine live cooking stations will each present BBQ specialities including Wagyu Beef Roll, Braised Short Ribs and Prime Ribeye
