Drawing inspiration from Italy's age-old traditions and culinary culture, Ciao Terrazza offers modern and light re-interpretations of Mediterranean Italian dishes. At the heart is the fiery oven where artisanal pizzas are prepared, offered alongside authentic pastas and risottos, all of which are crafted with the finest produce imported from Italy and from local markets. Ciao Terrazza offers alfresco dining accompanied by spectacular views both of the ‘River of Kings’ and the original Oriental Hotel façade.
At our chef’s table, groups of up to four people can watch the chefs at work from an air-conditioned area overlooking the kitchen. The menu can be tailor-made or enjoyed à la carte. Advance reservations are recommended.
Ciao Terrazza welcomes award-winning Chef Massimiliano Blasone from Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como, as the guest chef from 1-15 December 2022.
Chef Massimiliano is known for exquisite Italian cuisine with a sophisticated Japanese twist. Chef Massimiliano working closely with Chef Dario in Ciao Terrazza's kitchen, will present a special set menu featuring the same dishes he serves at L~ARIA, Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como.
